Masabata Florence Motha was born in a town called Springs, where she grew up and found her feet in business. As a tenacious entrepreneur and passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, she has founded two organizations that cater to women in all the spheres of life. That is Divine Events and Creations as well as Givers of Hope Foundation. Divine Events and Creations specialises in Deco and Catering Services for all occasions. Then Givers of Hope Foundation focuses on fundraising and empowering women through education, life skills and development. Her focus is on growing her business and dwells more on uplifting and complementing other women instead of competing with them. Her passion is helping people find healing in their wounds and discover their true potential. Masabata believes in being a go getter and making things happen. She started her business from scratch with no capital, and her success over the years is proof that with passion and dedication anything is possible. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Masabata is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Leadership Practice from the University of South Africa’s School of Business Leadership (SBL). Over the years, her business has grown from a small events company to a noticeable name in the East Rand, and being able to even travel outside of the province is proof enough that Divine Events and Creations is destined for greatness.
