Dr Phophi Ramabulana with an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy from Prowess University in Delaware USA I’m a Multi Award-Winning Director of (AWAF) African Women Achievers Forum South Africa, Philanthropist | CEO vhatanuni_foundation, Yahweh Educare Centre and glam Khona. im an Philanthropist and Entrepreneur, I strive to empower women in villages through skills transfer so they can become financially independent. as survivor of gender-based violence (GBV) and major depression, i channels my personal experiences into advocacy, focusing on bettering the lives of children, women, youth, the disabled, and the elderly. my professional journey includes significant contributions to the South African Department of Social Development, where i played a vital role in the development of key projects such as the Victim Empowerment Programme, the National Integrated Social Information System (NISIS), the Child Protection Register, and Alternative (Foster) Care Systems. In 2020, i was recognized as a Champion of CaseLines South Africa, which is a digital evidence management system implemented at the High Courts of Pretoria and Johannesburg. This recognition highlighted my dedication to ensuring smooth court proceedings during the global pandemic Covid19. my passion for community service is evident through my various initiatives. In August 2023, in collaboration with the Department of Education, i spearheaded an ICT skills transfer program and donated 90 laptops to unemployed youth in the Lepelle Nkumpi District of Limpopo Province. my efforts have not gone unnoticed, as i was nominated for the SheAwards Africa 2023 and was a runner-up for the She Millionaire Africa Business Awards under the category of "Community Builder of the Year." Additionally, i was recognized as CEO/MD of the Year 2023 at the Top 100 Executive Awards and has been nominated for the prestigious Emerge Africa Awards in the "Humanitarian of the Year" category. In 2024 i was shortlisted for the 40 under 40 awards under Philanthropy and charity category. I received a honorary Award Of social impact, by the African achievers, I’ve also received an Honorary community builder awards by the African Women wealth builders awards. I also hold a certificate Award from the South African Change Catalyst Awards forum for Sustainable development Goal 10, in advocating reduced inequalities 2024. In January 2025 I have be awarded by the women icon international awards as Best Social Activist Award under category humanitarian of the year.
